Bids shall incorporate the prevailing hourly rate of per diem wages for this locality and project as determined by the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code 1770 et. seq., a copy of which is available through Butte County General Services in accordance with the provisions of Labor Code 1773.2, or may be accessed on the Internet . Each bid shall be made out on the Bid Form contained in the specifications. A cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid price shall be submitted with the bid as evidence of good faith that the Bidder, if successful, will enter into a Contract satisfactory to the County. The successful bidder, in addition thereto, will furnish Surety Bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid covering payment of labor and materials, and one hundred percent (100%) of the bid covering faithful performance.
