The City of Lake Jackson is requesting written proposals (RFQs) from qualified Engineering Consulting firms to prepare the City's Water/wastewater Master Plan for next 25 years. Firms will need to show experience in areas of utility water/wastewater system master planning including understanding Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) criteria, evaluating condition of water/wastewater systems, identifying best operation strategies to ensure compliance, preparing probable construction cost estimates, evaluating water/wastewater infrastructure needs to be added or updated to the City's CIP Program, and a comprehensive rate analysis for water and wastewater. The City of Lake Jackson invites potential Proposers to submit a proposal according to the requirements set forth in this RFQ. The Proposals will be reviewed and evaluated by the city using the evaluation criteria as detailed in this request. This RFQ is subject to revision after the date of issuance via written addenda. Any such addenda will be transmitted to the potential Proposers by the Owner and or it's Representative. It is each Proposer's responsibility to obtain all RFQ addenda prior to submitting its Proposal. For additional information, please contact via email only, Ms. Debra Webb, Assistant Director of Public Works, at dwebb@lakejacksontx.gov. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
