Reference Number 0000326397 The City is seeking to hire an engineering consultant to design and develop construction drawings to install new water and sewer lines along upper Midland and to abandon the 4" waterline that connects to Pawnee Road (see full RFP for maps of the locations). The Midland work is ex pected to be straightforward. The challenge of the 4" waterline abandonment is understanding the demand of the water system to know how and where the new connection should be installed. Experience with the State Revolving Fund (SRF) program is preferred. This project is deemed a CO SRF Equivalency project and is required to meet certain additional federal requirements: Davis-Bacon (Prevailing Wages); AIS (American Iron & Steel); Archeological & Historic Preservation Act; Civil Rights & Equal Employment Opportunity, Neutrality in Contracts, OSHA; Disadvantaged Business Enterprise subcontracting; and Build America, Buy America (BABA).
