Reference Number: AB-2023-04910 Fox Creek Road Improvements 2023: The scope of work for this contract includes upgrades to two (2) roadways within the Town of Fox Creek. Site #1 - Main Street: Upgrade the existing roadway to an asphalt surface with curb and gutter from 1st Avenue to 1A Avenue. Site #2 - 2A Avenue: Upgrade of the existing roadway to an asphalt surface from Iosegun Lake Road to the east approximately 200m. Provide bid security in the form of either a certified cheque or a suitable Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tender price. Bids not accompanied by bid security will be rejected as non-compliant. Each of the above must also be accompanied by a letter of consent from a bona fide surety company to the effect that if the Contract is awarded to the Tenderer, they will upon being so awarded, become bound as their securities, for its faithful performance. The contractor must provide a valid Certificate of Recognition (COR) or Small Employers Certificate of Recognition (SECOR), as well as a Worker's Compensation Board (WCB) clearance letter.
