DBEH18-1598 Project Overview: The contractor shall provide all planning, labor, and supervision necessary to remove and replace the fire alarm system and fire protection wet pipe sprinkler system in Building 1645 located at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS) and extend the sprinkler system to unprotected areas in facility 1645 per contract plans, specifications, and other contract documents. The contractor shall provide all planning, labor, and supervision necessary to remove and replace the fire alarm system and fire protection wet pipe sprinkler system in Building 1645 located at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS) and extend the sprinkler system to unprotected areas in facility 1645 per contract plans, specifications, and other contract documents. Design of the replacement fire alarm system is based on the Siemens FireFinder XLS with voice notification, temporal 3 tone alert and strobe light visual notification. The repair shall include fire alarm system replacement and fire suppression sprinkler system replacement per the plans and specifications. PERFORMANCE PERIOD: On-site work must be completed within a period of no more than 240 calendar days. MATERAL LEAD TIME: 30 calendar days NON-ACCESS DAYS: 15 calendar days WORKING DAYS: 195 calendar day All attendees must submit Attachment 7, 45 SFS Credential Request Form to isaac.ball.3@spaceforce.mil no later than July 21, 2023 at 1:00 PM EST for all members attending. Any attendee with pre-existing CCSFS access need not submit a badge request, rather they must submit their name in advance to isaac.ball.3@spaceforce.mil.
