bids to our website at will be received and publicly opened and witnessed by the Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) until Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. for Job Order Contract, Numbers 79, 80, 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, and 86. The term of the contracts will be for one (1) year or the expenditure of the maximum contract value ($5,797,275.00), whichever comes first. Provided however, that if a work order is issued by LACDA prior to the expiration of the annual contract period, the contract term shall be automatically extended solely to allow the original scope of such work order to be completed. There is no minimum contract value. Bids must include all completed forms contained in Appendix B Federal Required Forms. Failure to complete these forms may result in a determination that the bidder is non-responsive. The Gordian JOC Solution TM includes Gordian's proprietary JOC Software and JOC Applications, construction cost data, and Construction Task Catalog which shall be used by the Contractor solely for the purpose of fulfilling its obligations under this Contract, including the preparation and submission of Job Order Proposals, Price Proposals, subcontractor lists, and other requirements specified by the Owner.
