Project involves construction of 217 linear feet of 8-inch diameter water main; 254 linear feet of horizontally directionally drilled 8-inch diameter water main; 178 liner feet of 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer; 111 linear feet of 12-inch diameter sanitary sewer; 252 linear feet of CIPP lining of 12-inch sanitary sewer; four sanitary manholes; sanitary sewer laterals; 242 linear feet of 12-inch storm sewer; 110 linear feet of 18-inch storm sewer; 230 linear feet of CIPP lining of 12-inch storm sewer; three storm manholes; restoration; and associated work. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to the City of Peshtigo equal to 5 percent of the Bid. If the successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract and furnish payment and performance bonds within 15 days after the award, the Check or Bid Bond may be forfeited to the City of Peshtigo as liquidated damages.
