They can be summed up as follows: Replacement of approximately 165 m. linen. combined sewer lines, including manholes; Replacement of approximately 755 m. linen. water pipes, including valves and fire hydrants; Replacement of a brick storm sewer manhole and catch basins and their connections; Repair of approximately 850 m. linen. road works, including pavement structure and bituminous coating (base layer in 2023), including drainage improvement; New paved access road, including pavement structure and bituminous coating, via St-Philippe Street; Installation of sumps and storm sewer pipes to ensure drainage of the new entrance; Development of a new sentry box and a guard building; Installation of fixed and removable chain link fences with barbed wire for a total of approximately 140 m. linen.; Adjustments to manholes and catch basins and paving of the intermediate layer and the surface layer in the spring of 2024; Repair or restoration work following the work.
