In accordance with the provisions of Section 1770 and 1773 of the Labor Code, Owner has obtained from the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations, the general prevailing rate of wages applicable to the work to be done. These rates are set forth in a schedule located at the County Office of Education. Said schedule is available to any interested party on request. The above-mentioned check or bid bond shall be given as a guarantee that the bidder shall execute the Contract, if awarded to him, in conformity with the Contract Documents. Each bid must be submitted with a fully completed Non-collusion Affidavit as required by Public Contract Code Section 7106 Within ten (10) days after notification of the Award of Contract, the successful bidder or bidders will be required to furnish, simultaneously with execution of the Contract, a Labor and Material Payment Bond in an amount equal to One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Contract amount and a Faithful Performance Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount.
