Reference Number 0000325139 The Work of this Contract shall consist of the removal and/or installation of Transfort concrete bus pads, curbs, gutters and sidewalks at designated locations in the City of Fort Collins. Removal and/or installation of crosspans, aprons, and pedestrian access ramps may be required, but will be of minor quantities depending on the existing conditions of the site. Traffic control, excavation, construction, site restoration and irrigation repair must be put back to preconstruction conditions or as directed by the Construction Inspector which will be required under this contract. Contractor will also be required to notify adjacent property owners/businesses a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to construction and work closely with them during construction for all operations. Contractor will also be responsible for coordinating all landscaping and irrigation repairs with the property owner/property management, company/maintenance company for all irrigation related repairs and will require permission prior to altering zones. The Contractor shall have a minimum of two (2) years experience in ADA related projects and the onsite Foreman shall have at least two (2) years of experience in a supervisory position. Irrigation Technician shall have CIT certification through the Irrigation Association, or a minimum of four (4) years of commercial/residential irrigation repair. Qualifications stating related verifiable ADA focused project list shall be submitted to the City in conjunction with the bid documents. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, and to waive any informalities and irregularities therein.
