12-23 Storm Sewer System CCTV (20-GEDTF-086) $40.00 Springdale Borough Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the AVNCOG and be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid made payable to the Allegheny Valley North Council of Governments, as guarantee if the Bid Proposal is accepted, the successful Bidder will enter into an Agreement with the AVNCOG upon Notice of Award of the Contract. The AVNCOG hereby reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted or any part thereof or items therein for any reason whatsoever. The AVNCOG also reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities or informalities in the bids and to award the contract in the best interest of the involved municipalities. "Compliance is required with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act of 1961, P.L. 987, No. 442; Title VI and other applicable provisions of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; the Department of Labor Equal Opportunity Clause (41 CFR 60 -1.4); Executive Order 11625 (Utilization of Minority Business Enterprise); Executive Order 12138 (Utilization of Female Business Enterprise); in compliance with Section 504 of Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990; and the Allegheny County MBE/WBE Program enacted July, 1981, which sets forth goals of 13 percent Minority and 2 percent Female Business Enterprise; and the Allegheny County Ordinance #6867-12, setting forth goals of 5 percent Veteran-Owned Small Businesses." ALL CONTRACTORS MUST ACQUIRE BID DOCUMENTS FROM SENATE DIRECTLY IN ORDER TO BE AN ELIGIBLE BIDDER.
