The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price and a Labor and Material Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price with good and sufficient surety. A bid guarantee in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall accompany the bid. The work for the project generally consists of roadway demolition, excavating and reconstructing the slide area below the road, installing a retaining wall with associated drainage, and repaving the damaged area. Refer to the Plans and Specifications for more details. No questions will be accepted after this deadline. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
