the city of spokane facilities department is seeking bids for the wastewater building office expansion project. this project constitutes a public work under state law. clarification deadline : 7/28/2023 3:00 pm submit all questions through the clarification tab. The City of Spokane Wastewater Department, through the Facilities Department, is requesting bids for the construction of approximately 1,100 square feet of new offices space and the replacement of electrical services at the site. This new space will be on the mezzanine level of the main Wastewater Office located at 909 East Sprague Avenue. This work will include minor demolition of various systems and materials to allow for new structure and finish work in the mezzanine area, and the replacement of a significant portion of the electrical service for the building. The new offices will require significant coordination with the department. The upgraded electrical service will include a new electrical main panel, subpanels, and service connections. Please refer to the included construction drawing package and specifications for all related project information, specifications, and details. Alternate #1 - Vinyl Plank Flooring Replacement at Toilet Room Entrances This alternate includes the removal and replacement of the existing flooring system at the entrances to the toilet rooms where new walls are required, as detailed in the contract documents. If the work can be completed without damage to the flooring, the existing will remain in place
