Providing asphalt pavement patching and service cut patching to Town of Oxford streets, as marked and directed in writing by Town Staff. Documents are available electronically by visiting https://oxfordns.ca/ or available for pick-up at reception at Town Hall, 105 Lower Main Street. The Bidder will submit with the tender, a certified cheque, Bid Bond, or irrevocable letter of credit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Contract Price, payable to the Town of Oxford The Contractor shall, prior to commencement of the work, provide to the Owner a Performance Bond and a Labour and Materials Bond, each in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Total Amount Payable. Tenderer agrees the contract will be valid until March 31, 2024
