This requirement is for removal of a partition wall to open up space for additional desk due to an increase in personnel. The requirement also includes the removal of the existing partition wall and disposal, along with installation of new acoustic partition wall panels. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04; Effective 02 June 2023. This is a set-aside for 100% Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238390 with a size standard of $19M. Requirement: Relocation of a full height partition wall with two doors is needed. The requirement for a partition wall entails the installation of new walls and the responsible disposal of the old wall. It is crucial to ensure that the new walls are properly designed, constructed, and installed to meet the specific requirements and functions of the partition. Additionally, the disposal of the old wall must adhere to environmental regulations and ethical practices. The process should include the safe removal and disposal of construction waste, while minimizing any potential harm to the environment. Proper planning, expertise, and coordination are essential to ensure the successful completion of both installation and disposal aspects of the partition wall project. 2. Characteristics: The current full height partition wall with two doors will be torn down and replaced by a newer partition wall. The approximate dimensions of the current wall are: 34 inches long (28.5 inches for the wall itself), with 2.5 inches from the southern office door to the end of the office's southern-most wall, and 3 inches from the northern office door to the office's northern-most wall. The width of the existing partition wall is approximately 5 inches. The height of the existing partition wall is approximately 107 inches. The new wall will be completed using acoustical panels and will not contain any electrical or no communication lines.
