The Pasadena Parks, Recreation, & Community Services Department (PRCS) is looking to furnish all labor, equipment and materials to install one architectural plaque on to a building and one architectural plaque to be installed on a post mounted display. The mounted display will need to be purchase, installed, and bolted on a concrete surface. Question Deadline 08/01/2023 at 2:00 PM PT Questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted directly through the City's eProcurement Portal Q&A function Scope Required Signs/Plaque o Color Steel Bracket/Mount: Black o Angles: 45 Degree Angle o Minimum Height: 3' or more o Surface Mounts: Stud Boss Mount 2. Contractor Responsibility A. All work, including all cleanup, must be completed by the contractor. B. The contractor is responsible for installing each of the signs and anchor/post mount in the designated locations. C. The contractor shall provide quality workmanship and materials. D. The contractor shall take necessary precautions and use a proper protective floor covering that is suitable for the weight of a scissor lift and any other equipment. E. The contractor is responsible for the cleanup of the site at the end of each workday and at the completion of work. F. The contractor shall be responsible for meeting all other requirements specified herein. G. Securing all materials and tools is the responsibility of the contractor. H. The contractor will be responsible for repairing all property damage caused by their work. If the Contractor fails to take corrective actions, the City reserves the right to withhold payment until damages are corrected or to correct damage and invoice the contractor for cost incurred
