**As of August 18, 2023, The apparent low bidder is Grindline Skateparks, Inc. with bid amount of $518,984.17.** ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE $353,050.42 The work consists of furnishing all material, labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for construction of the Omak Skatepark project. The work consists of, but is not limited to, the following: (1) site clearing, earth moving, erosion and sediment control; (2) skatepark construction, including concrete flatwork, concrete reinforcement, cast in-place concrete, shotcrete, metal fabrications, painting, drainage, and associated appurtenances; and (3) surface restoration of all disturbed surfaces. The Work shall be substantially complete within 60 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, Omak, Washington.
