Prices quoted must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the close of the bid. TERM: The first year of the contract shall terminate in concurrence with the end of the Town's fiscal year 2024, ending on September 30, 2024. There shall be four (4) additional one (1) year term options, based on mutual agreement and satisfactory performance, for a maximum contract length of five (5) years.
