Fairview City Hall was constructed in 1999 and in the intervening years typical wear and tear has accumulated on the exterior of the building. To improve the aesthetics and safety of this public facility, the City of Fairview will solicit bids from contractors to fix the issues listed below. These bids should be comprehensive, but list each line item individually to give the City an accurate picture of the cost of each City Hall was constructed in 1999 and in the intervening years typical wear and tear has accumulated on the exterior of the building. The goal of this project is to restore the aesthetics and structural integrity of this public facility. Scope of Services: The City of Fairview will solicit bids from contractors to fix the following issues: - Repair structural and superficial damage on exterior stairs on eastside of building - Repair and/or replace fiber cement lap siding and sealant where necessary - Replace flashing - Replace soffits where necessary - Remove organic growth and exhaust debris - Prep and paint siding and trim Projected. Sealed proposals- which should include a comprehensive lump sum bid for the above, as well as time and materials cost for any additional work identified in the course of the job--to be received by the City of Fairview.
