The project consists of constructing the Park Amphitheater, including furnishing all supervision, technical personnel, labor, materials, machinery and equipment, tools, appurtenances, and all other associated work listed herein and as indicated on the plans. Clarification Deadline: 8/16/2023 3:00 PM Notice to Proceed is anticipated to be approximately mid to late October. As stated in the Agreement of the Specs, the calendar day duration is 180 days. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of Freemansburg Borough; or a Bid Bond in favor of Freemansburg Borough at 5% of the total bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders are advised that Federal Davis-Bacon wage rates, promulgated by the U.S. Government (through SAM.gov), must be paid to workmen employed on this project. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days of the bid opening date. Freemansburg Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bidding informalities.
