This Work shall consist of installing a culvert pipe in reasonably close conformity with the lines and grades shown on the plans and notes, or established by the Resident; traffic control; saw cutting and removing the old roadway and disposing of the material; installing cofferdams; removing and disposing of the existing culvert pipes; providing temporary erosion and water pollution control; placing hot mix asphalt in all trenches; placing rip rap, mulch, seed, erosion control bark mulch, special backfill; and locating and coordinating with all utilities.
