Description: Maine Federal Ai d Project No. 2530100 WI N 025301.00 Location: In Kennebec County, Pearl Harbor Remembrance bridge is located over the Kennebec Rive r approximately 0.11 o f a mile west o f State Route 126. Scope of Work: Pearl Harbor Remembrance bridge wearing surface replacement plus other incidental work. Questions received after 12:00 noon o f Monday (or i f that Monday is a state holiday, Friday) prior to bid date will not be answered. Bidders shall not contact any other Departmental staff for clarification o f Contract provisions, and the Department wil l not be responsible for any interpretations so obtained. Each Bi d must be made upon blank forms provided by the Department and must be accompanied by a bid bond at 5 % o f the bid amount or an official bank check, cashier's check, certified check, certificate of deposit, or United States postal money order in the amount o f 5% of the bid amount, payable to Treasurer, State of Maine as a Bid guarantee. A Contract Performance Surety Bond and a Contract Payment Surety Bond, each in the amount o f 100 percent of the Contract price, will be required o f the successful Bidder.
