Project includes the resurfacing of approximately 5,800 square yards of pavement through milling and overlaying with the addition of a concrete ribbon curb on each side of the roadway being contingent upon acceptance of an additive alternate bid. Base Bid: $167,200 Additive Alternate: $118,500 Each bid must be accompanied by cash or a certified cashier's check, drawn on a bank or trust company authorized to do business in the State of Texas, payable to Village of Salado in an amount at least equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, as a guarantee that a contract will be entered into. In lieu of cash or a certified check, the Bidder may submit a bid bond in the form prescribed in paragraphs 5.01 and 5.02 of the General Conditions. Contractor shall furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price, as security for the faithful performance and payment of Contractor's obligations under the Contract.
