Rehabilitation of a large late 19th century thoroughbred training stable listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Scope of Work includes selective demolition and cleaning; repairs to concrete and brick foundation; rough carpentry; exterior and interior architectural woodwork; new asphalt shingle roof and sheet metal flashing and trim; historic wood window restoration; new wood windows; board and batten doors; door and window hardware; wood flooring; exterior and interior painting; aggregate paving; and new electrical service, distribution and lighting. All Work must comply with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation per plans and specifications prepared by HMR Architects, Princeton, NJ.
