The following items are required for performance under this contract: OTS requires that the irrigations system on Welch Field (totaling 10 acres and 9 zones of irrigation lines/heads) to be repaired back to working order. This includes but not limited to sprinkler heads, busted piping, controls, and electrical wiring. All lines, heads and controls will need to be tested, trouble shoot for damage and functionality. All issues found will need to be repaired and/or replaced. All existing concrete markers on the actual field will need to be removed and re-poured at the correct locations and height per the Military Training Instructors. Any damage to any surrounding areas i.e. light poles, speaker wire, electrical lines, concrete, bleachers will have to be repaired by the contractor. If a tractor or any equipment is required the contractor is to ensure that the equipment causes no damage to the field or they are to repair it back to they original statev
