The Project includes the following Work: Construction of a new biological water treatment plant consisting of concrete gravity aeration contactor and filter cells, steel vertical GAC adsorbers (filters), concrete clearwell, concrete backwash holding tank, process pumps, chemical feed systems, process piping/fittings/valves, process instrumentation and controls, concrete and brick masonry, precast walls and ceilings, pitched metal roof, electrical, standby generator, mechanical, HVAC, painting, water main, sanitary sewer, site work, landscaping, and bituminous driveway. Additionally, improvements to existing Well 3 (well and pumphouse), demolition of existing Well 4 and pumphouse, construction of new Well 5, and Water Tower reconditioning.
