The scope of work consists of potholing, visual and camera closed circuit television inspection, pressure testing, and rehabilitation of the fire service mains with cured-in-placepipelining, or similar means, at the Pier 3 container yard at Nawiliwili Harbor Bid security shall be in an amount equal to at least five percent of the base bid and additive alternates. The estimated cost of construction is between $1,650,000 and $1,975,000.
