The purpose of this request is to solicit bids from qualified contractors to construct the P'Squosa Plaza Project at the center of Memorial Park located on 2 South Chelan Avenue within the City of Wenatchee. The intent of the project is for complete construction of elements necessary for use of plaza (unless otherwise noted) including restoration to existing or better conditions. Project Location 2 South Chelan Avenue, Wenatchee, WA 98801 - Memorial Park. The P'Squosa Plaza Project will be located at the center of the park at the intersection of the existing concrete walkways. There is no site visit scheduled for this project. Access to the site is readily available. All prospective bidders shall visit the site in advance of bidding to familiarize themselves with existing site conditions. Digital submittals shall be Adobe Acrobat PDF format. The applicant is responsible for ensuring that digital submittals have been received. Bounced emails or other delivery failure will not justify a late submittal. Any quotation received after the specified date and time will automatically be rejected and will not receive any further consideration by the City. Postmarks will not be accepted as proof of submittal. Deliveries in person will be accepted by the Parks Department at Wenatchee City Hall, 301 Yakima Street, Suite B, Wenatchee, Washington 98801. This is a Small Works Roster Project and therefore a public bid opening will not be conducted.
