Reference Number 0000252877 The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to perform janitorial cleaning services, window cleaning, and specified related work for three (3) buildings, located at CFB Suffield, Alberta. The estimated cost for this opportunity over a three (3) year period is in the order of $98,000. Extension opportunities exist where, if fully extended, the total opportunity value could increase up to $170,000. The Contract will be in place from the Notification of Award to January 1, 2027. Following the Contract award, the contractor will be required to be ready to commence providing Services on January 2, 2024, referred to as the Service Commencement date. Note: Refer to Amendment No.1 for more details on Milestone - Service Commencement Date of January 2, 2024. If mutually agreeable between the Contractor and DCC, the contract may be extended for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods (365 calendar days) with the same Terms and Conditions and applicable cost escalation. The Contractor will be advised prior to three hundred and sixty-five (365) calendar days of expiry of the contract, if the option to extend will be executed.
