Reference Number 0000325966 The work required under this Contract consists of furnishing all supervision, labor and personnel, material, equipment and ancillary support necessary to construct pickleball courts at the proposed locations. Two proposals are being requested. Alternate 1 - Repair Cracking / Coat Existing Asphalt Surface Alternate 2 - Replace Asphalt / Coat Surface The work required for this Proposal consists of furnishing all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, incidentals and ancillary support to complete the work including but not limited to: Removal of existing asphalt pavement (alternate 2 only) Preparation of base (alternate 2 only) Pressure washing surface Cracking and joint repair Low spot / bird bath repair Pavement restoration (alternate 2 only) Installation of acrylic filler (crack sealer, etc...) Installation of acrylic resurfacer Installation of acrylic filler (top layer) Installation of line markings in accordance with accepted standards. The Bidder is responsible for familiarizing themselves with the site and for measuring the area to be resurfaced and for all crack repairs. The Town is not liable for any estimating or computational errors. The Bidder shall pay special attention to the bid proposal form and provide pricing for both options. The Town of Cortlandt reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder for either alternate.
