**As of August 16, 2023 this project has been awarded to Greenhouse Megastore for $112,026.50** This request for quotes (RFQ) is submitted and available to qualified vendors for the delivery and installation of an instructional greenhouse at Bradley Central High School located at 1000 S Lee Highway, Cleveland, TN 37311. The Bradley County Board of Education reserves the right to use judgment factors in determining which proposal shall be in its best interest, and exercise of that judgment shall be binding upon all companies submitting bids. The instructional greenhouse shall conform to the following requirements: Freestanding, self-contained 8mm twin wall polycarbonate gable style greenhouse on a galvanized steel frame. Structure must be capable of supporting the production of hanging baskets. Nominally dimensions approximately 60 ft x 35 ft, minimum of 8 ft walls. Fully guttered for rain collection. Single Rear Door, Double Front Door (min 7 ft clear height, ADA compliant). Heaters (min of 2 for redundancy). Air flow fans (min of 6 for redundancy). Exhaust fans with sloped housing guards and shutters. Cool cell wall / pads adequate for the size facility provided. Motorized inlet shutters Slab, footings, electrical, plumbing, and gas NOT included (separately, by Owner) Turnkey fabrication, delivery, and erection of same shall be completed and facility operational by 2/9/2024. In order to allow time for electrical, plumbing, and irrigation systems to be installed (by others), the Vendor selected to provide the greenhouse shall be complete no later than 1/4/2024.
