The work consists of the provision of roof maintenance, repair, retrofit, replacement services, as well as waterproofing planters, decks, plazas, canopies, patios and all other associated roof services (up to $250,000 per project) on an "as needed basis". This contract also includes services for green roofs. These services may include weeding, growing media, maintenance, and replanting of various sedums as needed. The College reserves the right to bid separately projects not exceeding $250,000, if it is determined that it will be in the best interest of the College. The College will establish a multiple award contract to the three (3) lowest, responsible contractor who are qualified for the provision of roof repairs and replacement under the terms and conditions of this solicitation. Bidders shall indicate on the bid form their hourly rates for two-person crew for Regular Hours (Monday through Friday; 7:30 am through 4:30 pm) and Weekday Emergency Work and Weekend and Holiday Emergency Work.
