Generator Maintenance & Repairs at Denton State Supported Living Center. The Contractor shall perform all task required for testing generators, planned maintenance agreements, load bank testing, power analysis and monitoring, generator rental units, refueling services, controls-design & build, troubleshooting, oil/fuel/coolant testing, equipment installation, commercial electrical services. The Contractor will need to perform maintenance to ensure safe and reliable operation in addition to scheduled maintenance and load bank tests of eleven emergency generators The Contractor will need to perform the following: 1. Annual PM inspection which would include a visual inspection of engine compartment, hoses, belts, air cleaner and filter, fuel distribution system, fuel filters both primary and secondary, fuel water separator, wiring harness, battery, cables and terminals, fuel cell, and motor mounts. 2. Testing for proper operation of generator and transfer switch. 3. Annual oil change. 4. Annual one-hour load bank test to be performed at each location except the 400KW Generac. 5. Annual four-hour load bank test to be performed on the 400KW Generac. Questions or Clarifications Submission Deadline July 27, 2023 Responses to Questions or Clarifications - Addendum posted on the ESBD July 31, 2023 Anticipated Contract Start Date September 1, 2023 Any contract resulting from this Solicitation will have an initial term beginning September 1, 2023, and expiring August 31, 2024.
