Each Bid Proposal shall be submitted on form(s) furnished by Thornton and must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid Proposal and made payable to the City of Thornton. Thornton reserves the right to reject any or all Bid Proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bid Proposals received, and to accept the Bid Proposal which in its judgment best serves the interests of Thornton.
