The Division of Purchasing is neither the issuing or conducting procurement unit for this solicitation, as such it is the vendor's responsibility to review the entire solicitation in order to comply with any requirements. Works to be constructed to the ADA Standard Plans and Specifications as shown on the drawings. Work generally consists of: 1. Demolition of concrete, tiles, and existing railing 2. Subgrade preparation 3. Furnish and install cast-in-place concrete a. Footings b. Foundations c. Steps d. ADA Ramp 4. Furnish and install New Railings 5. Remove 6. Coordinate with radiant heat contractor. Work by others. Bids are to be submitted on the enclosed Bid Form. The bids shall consist of a unit bid and shallinclude all costs for labor, materials, and other associated work items. Bid Form is to be signed. Final completion to occur on or before October 31, 2023. Stairway to be complete within 15 days of demo. Bids shall be evaluated based on lowest bid amount meeting all bid requirements. Bonds are not required for this project. The City of Holladay reserves the right: to reject any and all Bids; to waive minor informalities in the Bid Schedule and elsewhere so long as the informalities do not affect the Contract Documents or render the bid non-compliant with Laws and Regulation pertaining to bidding requirements; to negotiate and agree to contract terms with the successful Bidder; and to disregard non-conforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids.
