Crook County, a political subdivision of the State of Oregon, hereinafter referenced to as "County" is seeking a qualified contractor to construct NEW AVIATION T-HANGAR AND TAXILANE for the Pineville-Crook County Airport (S39). Major elements of work for the project include, but are not limited to, preparing and providing the design, fabrication, and delivery of one (1) pre-engineered metal T-hangar building, including building foundation design and all materials needed for the erection of the new T-hangar. This project also includes erection/construction of the new T-Hangar building and all related site improvements as shown on the project Drawings. Contractors must be registered with the Construction Contractors Board (ORS Chapter 701) or licensed by the State Landscape Contractors Board (ORS 671.530) *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Bidder further agrees to begin work within 10 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed with Construction issued by the Owner, and to complete the construction, in all respects, within 182 calendar days for all Base Bid work and 212 calendar days for all Base Bid and Additive Bid work Crook County has a DBE contract goal of 3.5%
