The Town of Black Mountain Stormwater Program seeks estimates to rehabilitate and repair an existing stormwater control measure located on the Town owned golf course. The schedule for this work will be coordinated with the Black Mountain Golf Course and is anticipated to take place in fall 2023. Estimates and/or questions should be submitted to please contact Anne Phillip at stormwater@tobm.org. The scope of work includes, bid items and plans are below. Scope of SCM Rehabilitation: Locating and marking of five underdrain cleanout riser Remove accumulated sediment, debris, and vegetation from cell and berms. This material will need to be disposed of off-site. Construct riprap level spreader below inlet culvert Grade cell bottom to approximate elevation of 2,350 feet Replace clogged filter media (sandy soil) and any damaged underdrain pipes Spread 6 inches filter media to finish grade of 2,350.5 feet Seed and mulch finished grade and disrupted adjacent ground Backfill eroded around inlet box
