The Project consists of CIPP lining approximately 60 LF of deteriorated 36” brick sewer south of the intersection of Park Avenue and 4th Street and approximately 100 LF of 36” x 42” brick oval sewer at the intersection of Grand and 7th Streets in Hoboken, NJ. Work shall also include traffic control, pavement restoration, and all associated site work. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Contract or Subcontract will be subject to regulations contained in Local Public Contract Law, Department of Labor Current Wage Rate Determination, Prevailing Wage Act, Contract Work Hours and Safety Standard Act, Copland Act, Davis Bacon Act, Buy American Clause, and Debarment and Suspension. Bidders and their subcontractors of any tier must comply with all applicable provisions of the Public Works Contractor Registration Act (NJ.S.A. 34:11-56.48) and the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act (NJ.S.A. 34:11- 56.25). All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents.
