Iskatewizaagegan 39 Independent First Nation, is inviting bids from qualified Contractors for the Water Distribution Renewal and Fire Protection Upgrades Iskatewizaagegan 39 Independent First Nation, Ontario. The Community of Iskatewizaagegan 39 Independent First Nation is in Northwestern Ontario, located approximately 16 km South of the Trans Canada Highway (60 km West of Kenora) and is accessible by road year-round. The scope of work for the project includes the construction of the community's new subdivision expansion and associated works. The Project scope of work is summarized as follows: Site preparation; Watermain removal and installation; Water servicing removal and installation; Temporary Watermain and services; Additional Hydrant and valve installations; and Site roadwork and landscaping restoration. Each tender must be accompanied by a fully executed Bid Bond in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Bid Price expressed as a percentage. The Bid Bond shall be issued by an approved surety company licensed to conduct business in Canada. Each tender must be accompanied by an Agreement to Bond, stating that the surety providing the Bid Bond is willing to supply a Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price and a Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/08/14 10:00:00 PM CDT Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com
