If a cashiers check or irrevocable letter of credit is submitted as Bid Security at time of bid: Contract Bond per Ohio Revised Code Sections 153.54 and 153.57, in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price Opinion of probable construction cost: $255,000.00 Completion date: November 10, 2023 The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive as an informality any and all irregularities, and to disregard all nonconforming, nonresponsive or conditional bids. LOCATION OF THE PROJECT A. The project is located in the Village of Fairport Harbor along Third Street between High Street and Eagle Street. PROJECT DESCRIPTION A. The Downtown Streetscape Project consists primarily of the removal of existing concrete curb, sidewalk, and existing street lighting; and the installation of concrete sidewalk, colored/stamped concrete sidewalk, new LED light poles w/ concrete pole foundations and new ADA curb ramps. Utility connection locations are to be verified by the contractor. The existing curb reveal and top of curb elevations will be maintained for the proposed new curb. New curb ramps shall be constructed in accordance with ODOT Standard Drawing - BP-7.1.
