The work will consist of providing furniture, and all necessary labor, delivery, assembly, and installation of selected products in the Juvenile Courthouse Estimated delivery and installation time: Selected vendor will coordinate delivery and installation times with Court Administration and Contractor s phased completion schedule. Construction of the renovation areas is scheduled to be completed in 3 phases. After final selection and approval, all products will be ordered at the same time, may require storing some products at selected bidder s location, and delivered when available and per completed sections to the project site and installed. All Requests for Information (RFI) and questions must be e-mailed to Mr. Sonny Hamizadeh AIA at shamizadeh@kleinfelder.com . No telephone calls please. A copy of our RFI form is included in the specification manual. Portage County has the rights to reject any or all bids and reserves the right to waive any irregularities in the form of the bid that do not affect or destroy competitive bidding. In no case will an award be made until all necessary investigations are made as to the qualifications of the bidder to whom it isproposed to award the contract. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.
