Quote to install security camera system in ten city parks, Roi Hardy, Riverton Chase, Westfield Downs, Old Farm, Autumn Hills, Morning Cloak, Monarch Meadows, Western Springs, Canyon View, and Swenson Farms Park. The specification is to use OpenEye Software and NVR system, which the city is currently using in other city parks. The equipment below is a combine total of all parks. The City may choose to adjust quantities and do only some of the parks, depending upon budget. Labor to install IT Rack and install camera in a concrete building. Wires are to be installed in conduit, max conduit run is 50'. Install NVR into rack. Bidders must meet or exceed all specifications and requirements as set forth in this document. Contractor must furnish all equipment, materials, conduit, wire, labor, tools, transportation, supplies and incidentals necessary to complete the entire project. Contractor must be prepared, willing and accommodating to on-site inspection of all work, at any time, by a City representative, during job progress. Questions of a technical nature regarding this project or the specifications should be directed to Craig Calvert at 801-208-3175. The right is reserved to cancel this Request for Quotation or to accept or reject any or all quotes, and to waive any informality or technicality in any quote, in the interest of Riverton City. Riverton City reserves the right to award multiple contracts to more than one vendor for the same or similar items. Riverton City reserves the right for an option to renew or extend any contract that may arise from this Request for Quotation
