The project includes the construction of a new 2-story building attached to the existing Foxcrest Senior Activity Center located on Cox Court. The new building is a steel-framed, masonry building which houses a kitchen and dining facility, activity spaces, offices as well as support spaces. Also included is associated site work. Bids shall be completed on the BID FORM included in the specifications. Fill in all blank spaces for bid prices in ink or typewritten words. Total bid prices are to be written both by words and by figures; in case of conflict the written word will apply. The Bid Form MUST be signed in ink by the bidder or an officer of the bidder who is legally authorized to bind the bid. If erasures or other changes appear on the bid forms, each erasure or change must be initialed by the person signing the bid. Remarks should be shown as annotations to the bid. Bids which are determined to be at a variance with this requirement may not be accepted.
