Northern Kentucky University is seeking a Vendor to provide all materials, labour, tools, supervision, and equipment required to: 2.1.1- Remove, demo base & replace (10) single head LED light poles with (10) single Heads; 2.1.2- Remove & demo (1) double headed LED light poles and replace with (1) double headed poles. 2.1.3- Disconnect & Remove (1) single headed pole with (1) single head. All of the above work can be seen at the locations show in Attachment A. The bid will also include demo of the old concrete base and pouring a new concrete base for each pole. Demo of existing concrete base will reduce old base to a minimum of (18) inches below asphalt/concrete/grass base and refill & compact to match finish. The Vendor is to remove & dispose of the old light poles & light heads. Deadline for Written Questions 8/1/2023 Noon Eastern Time Bid Bonds: A 5% bid bond is required with submission of this ITB. Payment and Performance Bonds: 100% Payment and Performance Bonds will be required for work arising from this ITB. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or technicalities, to clarify any ambiguities in bids. in the bid. In case of error in extension or prices or other errors in calculation, the unit price shall govern. Further, the University reserves the right to make a single award, split awards, multiple awards or no award, whichever is in the best interest of the University.
