The Tarrant Regional Water District (TRWD) owns and operates seven (7) electrical substations as part of its raw water transmission system. The pipeline system delivers about 80% of the water used in Tarrant County. TRWD wants to ensure the system is maintained in such a way that the risk of failure is kept to a minimum. TRWD is seeking a qualified firm to conduct all aspects of preventative/predictive maintenance on these substations and to provide us with rapid response emergency service should there be a problem. The Benbrook facility is a distribution voltage (25 kV). The JB3 facility is 69KV and the other four are transmission voltage (138 kV). All pumps run on medium voltage, 4160V. Questions must be submitted using the Question and Answer process on the procurement website. Responses to questions posted on the Procurement Website will be posted on the website by the buyer for the benefit of all Bidders. A response will be posted for questions submitted by the end of the day on August 8, 2023 5:00 PM CST
