Project No: L0017-092300310 The work shall consist of construction of sanitary sewer and water main along Packerland Drive, French Court and the I-41corridor frontage roads (Mid Valley Drive and Little Rapids Road). Work shall include the following: 9,600 L.F. sanitary sewer; 8,500 L.F. water main; roadway and ditch restoration. The work will also include a sanitary sewer lift station, 70 L.F. of force main, pumping equipment and electrical controls. Packerland Drive | Contract L0017-09-22-00686 French Court | Contract L0017-09-23-00162 Little Rapids Road / Mid Valley Drive / Shady Court Lift Station | Contract L0017-09-23-00310 The Town of Lawrence acting through its Town Board, hereby gives notice that sealed Bids will be received in the Town Hall for the following described project. No Bid shall be received unless accompanied by a Certified Check or satisfactory Bid Bond payable to the Town of Lawrence in an amount not less than 10% of the maximum Bid as a guarantee that, if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the Contract, Performance/Payment Bonds and Insurance Certification, as required by the Contract Documents, within 15-days after the Notice of Award. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive any informalities in Bidding or to accept the Bid or Bids which best serves the interests of the Town of Lawrence. No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60-days after the scheduled opening without the consent of the OWNER.
