The City of Lafayette will be accepting bids for a 20x20 pavilion to be located on Ellington Drive at the new dog park. Pavilion will be a 20'x20'x10' post frame building (roof only pavilion), 9' clear inside height, 20' truss with no less than a 4/12 pitch; bracing will be required on each post, attach building to a concrete slab (sw60 sturdi wall brackets) overhang 1' finished with non-vented metal fascia and soffit. Concrete formed, poured and finished to include wire and vapor barrier. 20x20 area with 12' turndown around perimeter monolithic slab, ( city to supply rock for the base of the slab and level pad) 4" concrete pad. Contractor to furnish proof of contractor license and liability insurance. Roof: remove existing shingles, replace any damaged decking material, install 2x4 wood lathing, install new #1 painted metal roof with color chosen from manufactures standard color choice to match new restrooms. Siding, Fascis, Ceiling, Soffit, Ext.: To include material and labor to cover any existing exposed wood; to include installing vinyl siding in two end gables; install double 5 vinyl soffit to enclose and cover existing overhead to accommodate for proper ventilation; includes removing existing wood fascia to then install new fascia wood in order to accommodate new roof lap; install custom formed aluminum trim coil to cover this new wood fascia using choice from manufactures standard colors; remove existing ceiling light fixtures to convert to 110v outlets; install new double 5 vinyl soffit in ceiling area of pavilion. To include fasteners and sealant as needed for complete installation with clean job site and proper disposal of debris upon completion. The city is to furnish a dumpster.
