1. Remove existing casework and countertop. 2. Remove existing sink, faucet, and glass piping 3. Remove existing coat rack 1. Reconnect new sinks and fixtures to existing supply and waste lines. 2. Patch/repair all surfaces to match existing adjacent surfaces. 3. Install ceiling curtain tracks, curtain, connectors, and build out any necessary framing, per manufacturers specifications. 4. Patch resinous floor to match existing. 5. Install phenolic lockers, including cast in place concrete and rough carpentry for base, per manufacturers specifications. 6. Install modular phenolic resin casework, mobile modular phenolic resin casework, shelving, and accessory items as specified. 7. Install epoxy resin countertops and sinks, stainless steel countertops and sinks, service fittings and outlets, laboratory waste fittings as specified. All work must be completed by EOB 12/1/2023. Pittsburg State University is seeking proposals for renovations to the PSU Cadaver Lab as specified in this request.
