The existing lagoon walkways (circa 1970), located at the City of Lethbridge Wastewater Treatment Plant lagoons (one bridge per lagoon), are reaching the end of their service life and require removal and replacement. The walkways are used for plant operations and maintenance personnel to access the lagoon supernatant pump shacks. At times, equipment can be transported to and from the pump shack. The scope includes the supply of skilled supervision and labour, material, consumables, tools, machinery, cranes/rigging, safety requirements/PPE, etc. to successfully remove the existing walkways, and to fabricate and install the new walkways as per the MPE Engineering detail drawings (Attachment 3). Other items include: Assignment of Prime Contractor to the successful proponent Project schedule updates as required Bi-weekly project meetings or as required; include project agenda/minutes Coordination with City WWTP operations/maintenance as needed. Submittal of shop drawings for review/approval by MPE Engineering Participation in project completion walkthrough and management/completion of any deficiencies within a reasonable time frame Commissioning/hand over Preparation and submittal of as-built drawings for the completed work Documents can be obtained from https://lethbridge.bidsandtenders.ca/ Bid value is undisclosed.
