This RFP is to select an A/E for design through construction administration of the Husky Stadium Turf & Dome Replacement located at St. Cloud State University, 1111 3rd Avenue South, St. Cloud MN 56301. The existing 90,616 SF seasonal dome and artificial turf are at the end of their useful life. A predesign includes a 3-phase replacement. At this time, construction of the Phase 3 / turf replacement will not be included in this RFP. As of July 26, 2023 Schematic Design is expected to be complete September 2023, Design development completion expected October 27, 2023. Construction is expected to begin January 29, 2024 with final completion December 10, 2024.
